With more than 15 year career, Esther worked as a tax adviser in Garrigues for 8 years, where in addition to working in tax matters she specialized in international operations.
She has been a lecturer in Tax Law in San Antonio Murcia (UCAM) Catholic University and regularly participates in lectures, courses and seminars on tax topics. Esther is also Insolvency Administrator in various bankruptcy proceedings.

After being consultant for Bluecap, where he participated in some projects at the most important Spanish financial institutions, Paco joined Admiral Group a British insurer where he took different responsabilities as Project, Marketing and Product Manager. He also founded his own online business where he applied his entrepreneurial spirit.

Siliang graduated with a double degree in Economics and Business Management from Singapore Management University.
He was previously from a consulting practice, providing financial analysis and modeling services to both private and listed companies. He has also served in one of Asia’s largest shipping company, coordinating cost reduction programs and providing product and service cost analysis.

Before joining D+1 in 2016, he worked as a Financial Manager at Bodybell, Spain leader in perfumery and cosmetics, during the transaction from the private equity firms N+1 and Mercapital to H.I.G., and the implementation of a sustainable turnaround plan (refinancing led by Houlihan Lokey and performance improvement led by McKinsey). He was also Manager at EY “Advisory Services” where he has worked with the most complex organisations managing a broad range of financial and operational issues. He has advised on very important companies such as: Vodafone, Bonduelle, Lennox, Genworth, Santander Bank. Previously he worked as Financial Controller in Bellsola-Orio (big Spanish manufacturer of bread, baked goods and frozen pastries).
Iñaki has an extensive experience in financial management, private equity, audit, international reporting, treasury, business plans, budget modelling and control. He has led many projects of improvement of processes, cost reduction, ERPs implementations, design of scorecards and BI, analytic accounting automation. He has participated in several M&A, restructuring and refinancing projects.
Iñaki is a rugby passionate and still plays when his daughters permit.
O MAMMA MIA (PARTNER)
Equipped with a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Barcelona, Mauro joined the world of hospitality when he was a child. He would always be found in the kitchen of his father’s workplace which was one of the oldest chain of Italian restaurants in Spain.
At 17, he travelled to London to work at Nobu Restaurant. He also travelled to the Caribbean to work in Occidental Hotels as their director of F&B. For 10 years, Mauro was in charge of managing his family business, O Mamma Mia in Spain. He was responsible for developing the brand and creating new concepts. Currently, Mauro is based in Singapore, which is the headquarters to internationalize the brand O Mamma Mia.
Mauro is passionate about Eric Clapton and likes to play with his Stratocaster guitar.

Having read law as an undergraduate, Hafis then embarked on a Spanish focus at the University of Salamanca. His Spanish escapade culminated with a Diploma of Spanish as a Second Language from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain and a vast experience of the Spanish language and culture that began in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia and temporarily concluded in the northern Catalan city of Girona.
Hafis’s recent background is in consultancy and research where he specialised in technology, media and telecommunications. In his free time, Hafis enjoys cooking, running and listening to Pablo Alborán. He is a well-rounded individual adept at a multitude of challenges.

Graduated from Singapore Management University with an honours degree in Business Management, Julynn garnered most of her work experience in the food & beverage industry specializing in brand development, marketing communications and event management.
Julynn has always found marketing interesting and challenging. A form of art and yet a science, she believes strongly in customer centric marketing.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Having had exposure to different countries during his course of study, Michael has a penchant towards good service. Prior to joining with D+1 in 2015, he has worked in operations with the Singapore Cruise Center as well as a myriad of positions within the hospitality industry, ensuring a personalized as well as a pleasant journey for guests.
As the current Vice President of Hospitality, Finance and Technology Professionals (HFTP) Asia Student Chapter, he also strives to connect hospitality students with industry partners to expand on their knowledge as well as expose them to different job opportunities.
He is also a music enthusiast and composes his own drum tracks covering popular songs on the radio as a hobby and attends a fair share of rock concerts and also an advocate of the local rock music scene.

Koldo is a Communication and business development professional drawing upon 6 years of international experience (UK and Hong Kong) within boutique consultancies.
During the last 3 years in Hong Kong, he acted as Head of the Spanish Desk working for a CPA firm within a specialized unit providing consultancy services in accounting, tax and corporate issues to clients from Spain and Latin America.

In October 2015, Theodore went on to open the llaollao Store in Jurong Point and was Area Manager in 3 months to take care of 3 stores.
He opened llaollao Tiong Bahru Plaza before heading to Hong Kong to open llaollao Mongkok and llaollao Causeway Bay.

Before joining D+1, Reginald has worked in the F&B industry for 12 years. During the 12 years in the F&B industry, he has gathered many work experience and skills.

Graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Jojo’s main passion lies in Graphic Design and Marketing. From a young age, she has been actively pursuing her passion in Advertising, Graphic Design, Illustration and Art History.
After earning her Diploma in Visual Communication with a major in Publication Design, she launched her working life straight to a design and print industry. She managed campaigns and projects from clients ranging from banks to large corporations.
